What to Bring

✅ The completed POA document (do NOT sign before the notary visit — you sign in front of us)
✅ Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID)
✅ The principal (you) must be physically present and mentally competent
✅ Witnesses if required by your form or state — call ahead, we can provide witnesses too
