What to have ready
- Notarization: the document, unsigned, and a valid unexpired photo ID for each signer
- Mobile visit: the address, who’s signing, and the best time; call if the signer is in a hospital or facility
- Online (RON): a PDF of the document, a U.S. photo ID, and a device with a camera
- Apostille: the document (or a scan), the country it’s going to, and your deadline
- Process serving: the papers, the best address for the person, and the court deadline

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment to get something notarized?
No. Walk in any time during store hours, Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm, with your unsigned document and a valid photo ID. Appointments are for mobile visits, loan signings, online (RON) sessions, and anything after hours.

What should I bring?
The document, unsigned. A valid unexpired government photo ID for every person signing. If the document needs witnesses, bring them, or tell us ahead so we can arrange it.
