APB Notary & Apostille is a Wichita-based notary public and apostille service operated by Quantin L. McIntosh. We operate inside Mr. Mc’s Market at 21st & Grove — a fixture in northeast Wichita’s community for years — which means walk-in clients have a real storefront they can find, parking they can use, and a team that knows them by name.
We serve individuals, families, and businesses across Wichita and Sedgwick County with notary work, and we handle apostille and embassy authentication for all 50 states.
