Minor Travel Consent Notary β Wichita
Notarized parental consent for minors traveling internationally without both parents. Required by airlines, foreign immigration, and customs.
When You Need a Notarized Travel Consent
What to Bring
Special Cases
Divorced or separated parents
The non-traveling parent must sign consent. We can notarize each parent separately if they can’t meet in person.
Sole custody
Bring certified copies of the custody order. Only the custodial parent needs to sign.
Deceased parent
Bring a certified copy of the death certificate. Surviving parent signs.
π Traveling to Mexico or a Non-English-Speaking Country?
Many countries require the consent letter to be apostilled after notarization β and translated into the local language. We do both. Spanish-speaking help available at 316-835-9090.
